Chef Gilles Arzur from the Beverly Wilshire culinary team and Chef Ari Rosenson from CUT, are proud to announce our Hotel’s participation in “Chefs To End Hunger”.
As part of this new program, our excess food from our restaurants and banquets will now be sent to food agencies around the Los Angeles area to serve meals to people in need. Our Hotel team is excited to be part of this wonderful initiative that helps the community.
The primary recipient of this food is Midnight Mission in downtown L.A., one of the oldest continuously operating human service organizations in the City. Our Chefs and members of our staff recently visited to learn about their facilities, serve lunch, and learn what little effort that can come from us can have a great impact on many. We gained greater knowledge about Chefs To End Hunger and how their roll in the process is the missing piece we need to make giving easy.
